Casa Thomas - when you arrive

• Park in the road. You will need to get into the house to get the gate remote control.
• Open the pedestian gate with the green key on your set.
• As you stand in the carpark. No.6 is the second door from the left in the right-most block
• Open the door grill with the smaller of the two keys, and the main door with the larger - this may be double locked - the key has become a little worn and you will need to put the key out around 1/8 inch to get it to turn
• As you enter, the end of the breakfast bar is by your left hand, hopefully a small torch has been left there to make things easier
• The electricity fuse box is behind the front door as it opens, about head height, turn the lever to switch on the electricity
• Shut the fridge door
• Take the carpark remote control from the key rack on the wall near the coat stand and go back to the car - the larger of the buttons opens the gate which will close after a short wait. Park the car in the car park.
• Turn on the water heater in the cloakroom - through the door next to the electricity fuse box
• Open the kitchen shutters and slide back the window ( for fresh air if needed )
• Upstairs open the patio doors, and open the shutters
• Put the drying rack on the main balcony ( rear ) to make more room
• If you are using the second bedroom, take any sunbed mattresses and chairs that are in the way onto the roof and balcony.
• Put any used towels / bathmat from the bath into the linen basket and get new ones from under the double bed or in the dressing table of the front bedroom.
• You should have drinking water, tea, coffee in the house, but if possible visit the supermarket to get some milk, bread etc. The one in the village is open 9am-2pm and 5pm-8pm Monday to Saturday ( 8:30am - 10pm in the summer ), and in the morning on a Sunday - to get to it turn right out of the carpark - take the second left - signed Chez Felix - and the supermarket is on the left - about 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes in the car.
• Sometime in your holiday please wash anything in the linen basket - the washing machine is on the roof and the powder and pegs are next to it.
• Please water the plants in the garden during your stay using the hosepipe on the patio.
