Casa Thomas - when you leave

• Turn off the air-conditioning
• Please leave an unopened bottle of drinking water for the next guests.
• Strip the beds and remake them with clean sheets etc ( under the double bed for main bedroom and in bottom drawer of second bedroom )
• If you have time wash the bed linen and towels and dry and put away as above - otherwise leave the dry things in the linen basket and any wet things ( bathmat or last minute towels ) in the bath.
• Bring the mattresses down from the roof and leave in the second bedroom or on its balcony
• Stack the beds on the roof
• Bring in any chairs from the roof and leave on the balcony of second bedroom
• Bring in drying rack, fold and leave in bedroom
• Sweep up the bedrooms and clean and tidy the bathroom
• Close the shutters in the bedrooms and lock the balcony doors
• Close the bedroom French doors / windows
• Bring the furniture in from the garden and place folding chairs in beach cupboard / downstairs cloakroom
• Give the plants one last water and switch off firmly.
• Sweep and mop the living room and kitchen
• Throw or give away any perishable food
• Wash and put away the crockery and turn taps off firmly
• Turn off the water boiler in the cloakroom
• Make sure that the gas is off under the sink
• Do not turn off the water under the sink - so that the next users will not have to fiddle with the stop-cock
• Remove everything from the fridge, clean out and leave the door open
• Lock patio door
• Close the kitchen shutters and window
• Dispose of all the rubbish
• Make sure all the keys are in the wicker backet on the coffee table
• Make sure that the torch is on the end of the breakfast bar to help the next visitors
• If you have a car, take it out of the carpark onto the road, and then hang the keyring with the zapper on the key rack by the coat stand
• Switch off the electricity behind the front door
• Lock the front door and grill
• Enjoy your trip home and come back again soon !
