A trip around the villa !
Villa Handbook
What to do when you arrive
What to do when you leave

The Villa itself

The villa is on two floors, with a terrace roof on the top. Entry is from the carpark, up two steps onto a covered verandah and then through a metal security grill and door.

One key opens the metal security grill and the other, slightly larger one opens the door.

On the right of the front door is a white metal-doored cupboard containing beach equipment

The Ground Floor

Entering the front door, on the right is the downstairs toilet which houses the hot water tank, followed by a cupboard under the stairs.

When you enter for the first time, the circuit breakers for the house electricity are behind the door and about head height. To the right of centre of the panel is the main switch.

On the left is the kitchen

The kitchen contains a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is a dishwasher for those who don't like washing up or traditional bowl and draining board for those who do.

Some crockery is in the cupboard above the microwave and cutlery in the second drawer down to the left of the dishwasher. The hob is a gas one, with the bottle under the sink. There is a spare gas bottle under the stairs.

Below the breakfast bar are pots, food storage, cleaning materials etc.

The living room has two chairs for the breakfast bar. Next comes a side table with television and cable TV box. The list of channels for the TV is in the drawer - lots of channels including English, German and Spanish. Books are under the television and in the nearby bookcase.

The CD/radio cassette player is on the sideboard which also contains games, packs of cards etc. The drawers contain table linen, electrical stuff, mending kit, stationery etc.

Two two-seater settees provide the seating. In the corner is a fireplace ( largely ornamental at the moment ).

The cupboard under the stairs contains iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dustpan and brush, toolkit and other cleaning materials.

There is an air conditioning unit in the corner with remote control in the sideboard drawer.

The dining alcove contains a dresser with some crockery, cutlery and table cloths, along with a table and four chairs.  There is another side table with a tool box underneath.
The garden is paved and surrounded by bushes on three sides.

The First Floor

The main bedroom has a double bed, with bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.  There is an air conditioning unit with control in right hand bedside drawer.

The patio doors lead out onto the main balcony looking out over the rear garden. This is large enough to sit out on ( there is a table and chairs ), and is the best place for the drying rack. Stairs from this balcony lead to the roof.

The second bedroom has two single beds with bedside table between them. It also has a chest of drawers and hanging space on the door.

A door leads out onto a balcony overlooking the front gardens. Sunbed cushions for the beds on the roof may be stored here.

The bathroom has small bath with shower, toilet, washbasin and medicine cabinet.  There is a plug-in oil radiator for cooler times

The Roof

The roof is home to the washing machine, and there are washing lines for large items.

There are three sunbeds on the roof - which gets the sun well into the evening in the summer.

The Carpark and Pool

The carpark is for use by visitors. The gate is electric which closes automatically once it has been used.  The zapper for the gate is hanging on the key rack near the downstairs cloakroom door.

The pool area is 100 yards into the centre of the development, past the carpark. There is plenty of room to sit by the pool or bathe in the large or children's pools.  There is a grassed area with trees and shrubs for shade.
